Check-in is self-service via a key safe. We send detailed instructions a few days before arrival. If you prefer a personal welcome, we can arrange it.
Is parking available?
The house is in the old town and has no parking of its own. There are public car parks a few minutes' walk away, and we point out the closest options in the arrival instructions. Once you've parked, the whole centre is walkable.
What are the rates and cancellation policy?

Is the house really in the centre of Aveiro?
It is. It's a one-minute walk from the Praça do Peixe, next to the Capela de São Gonçalinho, with the canals, the moliceiros, the restaurants and the terraces all at your door. By car, it's 15 minutes to Costa Nova and 14 to Praia da Barra.
Is the house family-friendly?
Yes, and we provide a crib and a high chair on request. Please note that the house spans three floors connected by stairs, and that one of the bedrooms has a balcony.
